Mrs. Chandler's Class 2011-2012

We are off to an exciting year. Some highlights so far are the class has created a personal student dedication plate. Students wrote their name as an acrostic poem and put what they wanted to accomplish as a student.

Join the "80's Club

We are joining chain pieces when students score an 80 or above on a practice reading or math TAKS formatted test.

Multiplication License

Demetrious and Darius are two of several students who have successfully mastered their multiplication facts. They passed a 120 question timed test!

Novel Study Hatchet

Sylvia created a project to demonstrate Brian's shelter in the novel "Hatchet" by Gary Paulson.

"We Are Thankful!"

Checkout our "We Are Thankful" book. The class wrote stories of what we are thankful for and had them published.

Erykah wrote a story about being thankful for her mom and dad.
